Stéphane Carcillo

Professor at Sciences Po

Stéphane Carcillo is a research fellow at the department of Economics at Sciences Po and Head of the Jobs and Income division at the OECD. He is also a member of the Cercle des économistes. He is affiliated with IZA (Bonn). He holds a PhD in Economics from University Paris 1 Panthéon‐Sorbonne and a MBA from ESSEC Business School. He was previously an assistant professor of economics at University Paris 1 Panthéon‐Sorbonne, an economist in the Fiscal Affairs Department at the IMF, and advisor to the French Minister for the Economy, Finance and Employment. His research focuses on labour market institutions and employment policies.
