Gabrielle Fack

Professor at the University of Paris Dauphine

Gabrielle Fack is Professor of Economics at the University Paris-Dauphine and research affiliate at PSE (Paris School of Economics), IPP (Institut des politiques publiques), CEPR (Center for Economic Policy Research) and CESifo. She holds a PhD in Economics from the Paris School of Economics. Before joining University Paris-Dauphine, she was a post-doctoral Fellow at Harvard University, Assistant Professor at University Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona) and Lecturer at Paris 1-Panthéon-Sorbonne University. Her research focuses on Public Economics, with a special interest for policies aimed at reducing inequalities in access to Education and Housing. She also worked on philanthropy and the tax incentives for charitable giving. She published many articles in academic journals and coauthored several books, including Biens publics, charité privée, with Camille Landais and Alix Myczkowski, Presses de la Rue d’Ulm, in 2018.
